Big Blue Sky

big-blue-scotland-sky-lowres.jpg

This is one of my favorite pictures, its composition I think is very good. The elements come together and the colors mix in kinda of a calming zen type of way. It actually reminds me of Texas, even though it was taken while I was in Scotland. Some one told me it looked like one of those Windows desktop photos of green grass fields. What does it look like to you?

Ben,

This picture immediately reminds me of North by Northwest, the Alfred Hitchcock classic. What is presented in your shot seems calm and quite, but could have easily been James Stuart's sideways glance as he ran in terror and confusion for his life. And that is exactly what i like about your photography.

Looking at many of these pictures, it is very apparent that i'm looking at your perspective. The fun lies in extrapolating the original view from your zoom x 500 still. The captions are very satisfactory to that end.
So thank you.

I listed my myspace profile as a site... will you accept it anyway?

Hello, stranger! I was looking for pictures of blue sky in google and this one just caught my eyes! I really think that it's really impressive one with vivid composition and wonderful colors. Actually I also feel the romance of rurality ( I'm not sure whether it's an appropriate word). Anyway, I really like it! By the way,"Backlit Cranes Near Oil Refinery" is greatly cool too!!!
